We have an exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing Associate to join a growing pharmaceutical team based in Harwell, Oxfordshire. You'll play a key role in a modern mRNA production facility, working with innovative technologies and contributing to life-changing science.
This is ideal for someone with hands-on manufacturing experience who's looking to make a real impact in a highly regulated, forward-thinking environment.
**What you'll be doing:
- Operating production equipment in a cleanroom and GMP-regulated environment
- Following all health and safety and gowning procedures
- Supporting investigations and process improvements (RCA, CAPA, deviations)
- Maintaining documentation, batch records, and training logs
- Performing basic maintenance on machinery (filter changes, lubrication, checks)
- Troubleshooting equipment and digital system issues
- Collaborating across teams and contributing to continuous improvement projects
- Working flexible 12-hour shifts (2-2-3 rotation) with occasional overtime
**What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in GMP manufacturing
- A degree in Pharmaceutical Production Technology (or related field)
- Experience with filtration, chromatography, or cold chain is a bonus
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication, teamwork, and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with digital tools in a high-tech environment
- Must be able to commute to Harwell, Oxfordshire
