Tradewind are seeking primary school supply teachers to join our team for the Autumn 2024 term and work in schools in and around Chadwell Heath. Our schools are committed to providing exceptional education and fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for all students.

Job Description: As a Supply Teacher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the continuity of education during staff absences. You will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons across various subjects and primary year groups, ensuring a positive learning experience for all students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality lessons across different subjects and year groups, following the provided lesson plans.
- Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment.
- Adapting to different school settings and integrating seamlessly into various school communities.
- Assessing and providing feedback on student progress and engagement.
- Collaborating with school staff to support student learning and well-being.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching in primary and/or secondary school settings.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and reliability to work at short notice.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
