Location - Glasgow City Centre
Pay rate - £12.00 per hour
Duration - 8 weeks
Hours of work - 9.00-17.00 (Monday to Friday)

Office Angels is currently partnering with a valued client in the Healthcare industry to recruit a temporary Customer Administrator for their Glasgow City Centre office. This is a full-time position for a period of circa 8 weeks, starting from week commencing August 26th, 2024.

We are seeking candidates with previous administrative experience in a customer-facing environment, such as reception or contact centre roles.

As a temporary Customer Administrator, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from clients regarding their appointments, addressing aftercare queries, and contacting them to remind them of overdue routine check-ups. It is essential that you possess excellent communication skills, both by telephone and in-person, as well as a professional and welcoming demeanour.

In addition to handling client queries and providing excellent customer service, you will also be responsible for providing efficient administration support to the Clinicians. Therefore, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel is required.

To thrive in this role, you should have an excellent telephone manner, be articulate and courteous, and be able to multitask and adapt to changing priorities. Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Windows, Excel, MS Outlook, Communicator, and PowerPoint, are necessary. You should also be able to work effectively both as part of a team and independently, demonstrating initiative and a proactive working style.
