Warehouse Operative

- Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 8am – 4pm (Flexibility required for early and late shifts)
We are seeking a Warehouse Operative to join a team of 5 in a modern, forward-thinking company known for producing a unique product. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on and has experience in warehouse or production environments.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Engage in manual handling with heavy lifting duties as a core part of the job.
- Package products efficiently from a production line, maintaining focus and quality while stationed at your post.
- Receive training on the operation of relevant machinery to ensure smooth production processes.
- Adhere to Health & Safety protocols, contributing to a safe working environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or production experience is highly advantageous.
- A hands-on approach to tasks and the ability to perform substantial manual handling with heavy lifting.
- Flexibility to cover various shifts, including early and late shifts as required.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Desirable: Knowledge of Health & Safety processes within a similar environment.
