Our client is seeking an Internal Recruiter to join their successful HR team in Didsbury. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong recruitment background and the ability to manage high-volume hiring. As an Internal Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing candidates for customer service roles, managing relationships with key stakeholders, and creating efficient recruitment processes.

What you'll do:

As an Internal Recruiter, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the delivery of competent colleagues into the business, fulfilling client demands. You will work closely with the HR team, sourcing for volume customer service roles. Your role will also involve dealing with key stakeholders, challenging them with a strong mindset and approach. You will help establish recruitment processes and ease candidates through this, utilising the recruitment system effectively. Additionally, you will conduct job briefings, arrange interviews and monitor the candidate on-boarding journey.

  • Work closely with the HR team to achieve shared goals
  • Assist in the creation of recruitment processes and guide candidates through the end-to-end process
  • Manage the internal recruitment process and liaise with recruitment agencies as required
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within the business, while being comfortable challenging them and providing coaching
  • Recruit at volume for customer service roles within the business
  • Monitor the candidate on-boarding journey

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Internal Recruiter role will bring proven experience in high-volume recruitment. You should be comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders within the business and have a strong mindset and direct approach. Your organisational skills will be essential in creating efficient recruitment processes and managing these from end-to-end. An eye for quality is crucial as you'll be responsible for ensuring that only competent colleagues are delivered into the business. Although not essential, previous experience recruiting for roles within customer service or professional services is desirable.
