Grafton Banks Finance is seeking finance professionals with payroll experience for a 3-month temporary Payroll Assistant position. We're partnering with a dynamic, growing company in central Brighton that needs your expertise during their transition to a new payroll system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately calculate payroll and pension payments.
- Process payroll on an ad hoc, monthly, and bi-weekly basis.
- Collaborate with HR to collect and validate payroll data, ensuring accuracy in the payroll system.
- Address and resolve payroll queries.
- Prepare payroll reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Provide ad hoc support to the credit control and wider finance team.
Ideal Candidate:
- Available to start immediately or on short notice (October start).
- Previous experience in a finance role with a focus on payroll and additional finance duties.
- Proficient in finance systems.
- Able to commute daily to central Brighton.
