TRAINING ADMINISTRATOR-12 MONTH FTC

WATFORD

SALARY UP TO £30,000 DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE, 12 MONTH FTC WITH A HIGH POSSIBILITY OF DEVELOPING INTO A PERMANENT ROLE

Our client has a designated CITB certified training centre located in Watford. It is an approved CPCS, CAA, NVQ and a UK PIA registered centre. The facility is also available for clients.

They now require a Training Administrator to join their team with immediate effect.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Company inductions.
  • Invite new starters by email.
  • Meet all new starters on first day, obtain personal information.
  • Check passports and Right to Work Government checks.
  • Process post - upload Certs & Cards to the training system.
  • Update tracker and post out to individual.
  • Training links - to be sent to individuals as and when requested.
  • Manage Right to Work tracker.
  • Chase and update work share codes.

Ad-hoc Compliance Requirements

  • Excellent attention to detail is of high importance.
  • Needs to be a driver as location is not ideal for public transport.
  • A knowledge of Construction compliance is preferable.
  • Confident in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Good communicator at all levels.
  • Knowledge in construction training would be ideal.

Office Hours: Monday - Friday - 8am to 5pm.
