About the role:

As the Lettings & Events Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the building to achieve its occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by developing effective relationships with colleagues, residents, and external stakeholders to secure resident lease renewals and referrals. The role will be accountable for the day-to-day operational management of all events at the property, driving plans forward and coordinating the successful execution of events creating a real sense of community for our residents.

This exciting position offers full time hours working 5 days per week Monday to Sunday, where you'll be working in an exciting, collaborative, people-first environment.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Acting as the face of the building for residents and visitors, enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by performing all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals and referrals.
  • Developing corporate/business relationships and partnerships with local and national businesses who can host events within the building to help to enhance the customer offering available.
  • Driving the planning and hosting of events to create a sense of community with residents.

About you:

If you have an industry recognised qualification, NAEA/NFOPP/ARLA, that would be great but it's most important that you're a people person who has a strong and genuine passion for creating an incredible environment for our residents to live in.

The role is a target driven position, so you'll need the energy and drive to succeed.

The ability to act assertively to support a point of view, negotiate, and influence decisions whilst maintaining respect and positive working relationships is essential to the success of this role, previous management position would be advantageous. Due to the nature of this role, you'll need strong administration skills with excellent organisational skills and be detail orientated.
