Finance Analyst
Up to £45,000 per annum.
Luton- Hybrid.
This role will work with the Technology team to develop, maintain and integrate the finance data systems. The ideal candidate will also play key part in supporting month end activities- reporting, budgets and delivery.
Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely financial information flow within the organisation.
- Develop and implement efficient, secure procedures for handling and analysing financial data.
- Automate data-sharing processes with Sites, Central Support, and Management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
- Reduce risk management and change initiatives by data users.
- Build and maintain tools, templates, and approaches for new system integration's.
- Ensure procedures and methodology in collecting and distributing finance data.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute change management strategies.
- Assist in integrating the new ERP system.
- Automate financial data into the database.
- Prepare and deliver annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and future annual plans.
- Assist in preparing Operating Board and Shareholder Board presentations.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and support period-end close and balance sheet management.

- Studying towards ACCA/CIMA qualification
