Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end loan administration process, including documentation, processing, and servicing of loans.
- Utilise Loan IQ software to ensure accurate and efficient loan management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies.
- Conduct regular audits of loan documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist in preparing reports and analyses to support loan portfolio management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Loan Administrator or similar role, with a strong understanding of loan processing and servicing.
- Proficiency in Loan IQ software is essential.
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
