This forward thinking leading Legal 100 law firm in Guildford, Surrey has a proven track record for success and is looking for a Senior Associate level Solicitor (6+ PQE) for its Commercial & Technology team in this key placement. The firm has an ambitious strategy and a strong management team in an exciting growth stage.
The role comes with flexibility to combine working remotely from home/office based.
You will be handling a quality caseload including drafting/reviewing/negotiating a range of commercial agreements, IT, software licensing and outsourcing agreements. Experience in intellectual property, trademarks and design is also desired.
Your role as a Commercial Senior Associate Solicitor will involve:
