The Recruitment Co are currently recruiting for an Administrator to work for an established, growing business in the St Annes area.

Administrator salary: £21,500 - £22,500 (depending on experience)

Administrator hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm

Administrator Roles and responsibilities:

  • Compliance checking customer eligibility paperwork for various funding schemes
  • Compliance checking government funding paperwork
  • Reviewing energy performance certificates and site notes
  • Reviewing survey & installation pictures to collate for evidence for submission
  • Obtaining customer signatures on completion of install
  • Raising and issuing guarantees for works complete
  • Lodging building control certificates
  • Providing information to an external co-ordinator to lodge works with Trustmark
  • Submitting all required documents & photographic evidence to funder

The ideal Administrator will be:

  • Confident and self-aware with the ability to communicate professionally.
  • Able to build and sustain long-term professional relationships both internally and externally.
  • Able to work well under pressure and work to a monthly deadline.
