JGA are partnered with a leading national business that are seeking a HR Advisor to come and support the HR function at their Sittingbourne office.

This position is a full office-based role, offering 25 days holiday, medical cover, pension and more benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with and support the unionised workforce, ensuring consistent application of HR policies.
  • Provide first-line advice to line managers throughout the employee lifecycle, escalating complex cases to HRBP.
  • Coordinate and support ER on meetings, and manage people-related changes like terms and recruitment approvals.
  • Track data for initiatives, champion group-wide processes, and work with Central Functions on job evaluations.
  • Maintain accurate HR systems, partner with Learning and Development to address training needs, and continuously improve HR processes.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum CIPD Level 3 certification with experience working with a unionised workforce.
  • Strong understanding of HR legislation and proven experience advising on HR matters.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail, with excellent organisational skills to manage conflicting priorities.
  • Adaptable, flexible, and resilient, with a positive attitude and the ability to build trust and credibility.
