As a member of the Inclusion Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting specific pupils with ASC, enhancing their learning and life skills in a way that is tailored to their individual needs. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students on the Autistic Spectrum and possess the ability to adapt their support methods accordingly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to students with ASC, focusing on enhancing their learning and life skills.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure a collaborative approach to teaching and learning.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to student growth and development.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Relevant qualifications or certifications related to supporting students with SEND.
- Experience working with children with ASC, behavioural difficulties, or ADHD.
- Proven track record of raising and sustaining high standards in education.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
