Urgently seeking a Total Cost of Ownership: Excellence & Growth Manager
Initial 12 Month contract and the position will be based in Dublin and will require weekly visits to site.

This position will play a lead role in supporting the client's
Device Marketing and Promotions businesses by serving and enabling the teams to achieve the strategic and financial objectives of the business and the Strategic Sourcing group.

Reporting to the Director, this role involves supporting all Device Marketing and Promotions categories from E2E device & promotion lifecycle evaluation, including architect and execute strategies to maximize TCO (revenue & expense reduction), optimizing contracting and T&Cs and synthesizing reporting across all categories.

Responsibilities:
Strategy and transformation
? Lead conception, scope definition, and execution of various types of strategic and business transformation initiatives, ranging from multi time-horizon Category Sourcing strategy, to process improvement, in particular focused on driving and delivering E2E growth and TCO outcomes.
? Provide proactive and engaged leadership, strategic assessment, insights and vision to Director
? Provide proactive leadership on initiatives designed to increase revenue, reduce expenses, enhance business efficiency, and improve customer experience
? Specifically, lead the design of an E2E Device Journey (category management) map for high volume and/or high value segments, to enable identification and evaluation of margin optimization strategies.
? Build excellent working relationships with Device Marketing, Promotions, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Category Intelligence and Business Operations teams to ensure cross functional teams are in consensus with activities, programs and initiatives
? Act as an effective change agent utilizing proper stakeholder analysis and change management techniques
? Be a liaison between business units on programs that have a multi-organization or business unit scope
? Facilitate team meetings and cross-functional workshops
? Conduct analyses needed to prove or disprove the hypotheses driving the project or strategy execution
? Proactively anticipate and work towards mitigating risks to project execution or stakeholder engagement

Skills and requirements:

  • 6+ years of relevant experience, in sourcing, OEM, telecoms or financial firm
  • 2+ years people leadership experience
  • Experience in a fast paced dynamic international environment
  • Ability to drive results at all levels, regardless of reporting structures
  • Proven record for managing multiple simultaneous projects to time, cost and quality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possesses excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent presentation skills, including ability to create presentations using MS PowerPoint and experience presenting to all levels of an organization
  • Outstanding quantitative and analytical skills, including ability to conduct outside/inside research, analyze data, and use MS Excel effectively to develop models and drive analyses
  • Proven record of performance and trusted professional credibility
  • Comfort in working up and across the organization - working with senior staff members and front line employees
  • Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking that results in new ideas that drive the
  • business forward
  • Track record of handling extremely confidential information appropriately
