Description
A finance Assistant will be responsible for:
- Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports
- Process invoices, expense forms and requests for payment
- Manage petty cash transactions and balance cash books
- Support the preparation of annual budgets
- Assist with payroll functions
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
- Support the finance team with various administrative duties
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
Profile
The successful candidate will have:
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- A collaborative approach to work
