Description
As part of a high-calibre finance team, you as Manufacturing Accountant will be responsible for:
- Business Partner the business by delivering insightful analysis of the numbers and simulation of options available
- Monthly closing process - coordinate activities to ensure results are accurate and explainable
- Preparation and presentation of monthly customer P&Ls including overview of account profitability including customer rebate agreements
- Explaining the weekly P&L, identifying opportunities to improve yields and reduce waste and labour
- Review working capital
- Coaching other members in the team
Profile
The successful Manufacturing Accountant should have:
- A qualification in finance or qualified by experience
- Experience within the manufacturing and production sector essential
- Management accounting and finance business partner experience desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player
Job Offer
- A competitive salary of between £45,000 - £55,000 per annum depending on experience
