Description
- Providing support to the Conveyancing team with legal matters.
- Handling client queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Preparing and proof-reading legal documents.
- Maintaining an organised case management system.
- Conducting administrative duties such as filing, copying and scanning.
- Assisting with the completion of property sales and purchases.
- Engaging in regular communication with clients, solicitors, and lenders.
- Adhering to company policies and legal regulations.
Profile
A successful Residential Conveyancing Assistant should have:
- An education background in Law or related field.
- Experience in Residential Conveyancing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work well in a team and manage a high volume of cases.
