Venn Group has been approached by a Social Housing provider in Greater Manchester to recruit for a Customer Liaison Advisor on a temporary ongoing contract.
Customer Liaison Advisor Day to day duties will include:
- Liaise with tenants to book in repairs related to damp & mould
- Book appointments with damp & mould operatives
- Outbound calls
- Updating spreadsheets, databases and inputting data
- General administration duties
- Hybrid working
Successful candidate must have:
- Experience of liaising with tenants over the phone
- Housing or Construction sector experience
