We are excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated Finance Reporting Manager to join our team in the removals industry. With an attractive salary range of £70,000 - £80,000, this role is perfect for an individual who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The position is based in our London office in Hammersmith, with the added benefit of hybrid working, where you will spend 3 days a week collaborating in-office with your colleagues and 2 days working remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Finance Reporting Manager, you will be responsible for a broad range of duties, including but not limited to the following:

  • Group Consolidated Audits: You will take ownership of the Group consolidated audit process and provide oversight of component audits to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Statutory Accounts: You will lead the production of consolidated statutory accounts, ensuring accuracy and providing supporting analysis and commentary to give key stakeholders clear insights into the Group's financial position.
  • Tax, Statutory, and Compliance Matters: You will manage tax compliance, statutory obligations, and transfer pricing matters for holding companies within the Group, ensuring adherence to legal and financial regulations.
  • Financial Forecasting: You will produce annual fixed forecasts and maintain rolling forecasts for Group companies, allowing for accurate long-term financial planning.
  • OneStream System Management: Acting as a Superuser and Admin, you will ensure the smooth and effective operation of the OneStream consolidation system, addressing any issues and optimizing its use across the business.
  • Group Cashflow Management: You will take responsibility for cashflow forecasting and management across the Group, ensuring liquidity and effective capital allocation.
  • Monthly Reporting: You will oversee the preparation of monthly reports for the holding companies, ensuring that all financial information is accurate and delivered on time.
  • Shareholder Reporting: You will be the main point of contact for Shareholder financial reporting queries, ensuring clear and transparent communication.
  • Financial Controls and Audits: You will implement and maintain robust financial controls for internal and external audits, mitigating risk and ensuring full compliance with regulations.
  • Financial Policies and Procedures: You will have full ownership of the Group's financial policies and procedures, supporting individual markets with their specific financial needs and ensuring consistency across the business.
  • Financial Analysis: You will carry out in-depth financial analysis, helping to drive strategic decisions and optimize performance.
  • KYC Requests: You will manage Know Your Customer (KYC) requests, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • Ad-Hoc Projects: You will also support the Group CFO with a variety of ad-hoc analysis and projects, providing financial insights and recommendations as needed.

What We Are Looking For:

To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate who is not only technically proficient but also a strategic thinker, someone who can operate independently and take ownership of their responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar financial reporting or audit role, ideally within a complex, multinational business environment.
  • Fully qualified ACA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent, with a deep understanding of financial reporting standards and practices.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently, managing your own time and priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial information in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Advanced Excel skills: You will be expected to handle large datasets, build complex financial models, and perform detailed analysis, so advanced Excel skills are a must.
  • A strong problem-solving ability, with experience in managing expectations, overcoming obstacles, and prioritising workload to meet tight deadlines.
  • Reliability and competence: You will need to be confident working under pressure and delivering high-quality results, even in challenging situations.
