Estates Officer, Tameside, £22 - £27p/hr (Monday – Friday)

Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting for a temporary Estates Officer to join a large Public Sector organisation in Tameside for a 6 month assignment (with a strong possibility of extension). The assignment can start immediately.
Role:
The role forms part of a busy Maintenance Team, who provide a maintenacne service to the organisation's sites, duties will include;
- Plan and organise work to co-ordinate with the wider team
- Ensuring a seamless Hard FM service to building users
- Assist the Estates Manager in managing the Estate Maintenance contract, including reviewing, and auditing reactive and PPM
- Work closely with the Facilities Department, investigating any Hard FM issues across the estate
- Responsible for the full range of operational maintenance services
The successful candidate will have;
- Experience in managing Hard FM contractors
- Experience working for public sector organisations (Disirable)
