WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • CEO's Assistant

YOU WILL

  • Calendar Management: Oversee the CEO's daily schedule, including coordinating meetings, setting up appointments, and managing reminders to ensure efficient time management.
  • Communication: Respond to emails on behalf of the CEO, manage document requests, and ensure clear and timely communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Meeting Support: Attend meetings, take accurate minutes, and prepare and distribute contact reports to relevant attendees.
  • Administrative Management: Maintain and organize administrative folders, ensuring all meeting notes, research documents, and files are systematically updated and easily accessible.
  • Document Preparation: Draft and edit slides, meeting notes, and other key documents, ensuring they are professional, clear, and aligned with the CEO's objectives.
  • Event Planning & Research: Assist the CEO with public event planning and research, providing detailed analysis and recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies, particularly on Linkedin and TikTok, to enhance the CEO's online presence and engagement.

  • An outstanding communicator and proficient in English
  • Confident in using MS Office software suite, plus Google Docs
  • Skilled in social media platforms, particularly Linkedin and TikTok, with a strong understanding of current trends and social media management tools
  • Flexible in working hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays
  • Legally eligible to work in the UK
  • An energetic person with positive thinking, a 'can do' attitude
  • Enjoys researching, discovering new information, and sharing your knowledge with customers and the team
