Job Description:

Tallgrass Recruitment is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a Mortgage Advisor to join a leading financial services company in Warrington. This position has been created due to the company's significant growth, and we are looking for experienced advisors to be part of a dynamic and innovative team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management: Actively manage and engage with a portfolio of fact-find leads generated through our online Mortgage platform, ensuring timely and effective follow-up.
  • Customer Assessment: Thoroughly assess customer applications, providing high-quality, tailored recommendations that adhere to the company's Compliance and Training & Competence Procedures.
  • Advisory Services: Offer expert advice on mortgage options, utilizing the company's state-of-the-art in-house software to deliver the best solutions for customers.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and lender criteria to ensure that all guidance provided is accurate and compliant.
  • Customer Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring they are well-informed throughout the entire process and that their needs are met efficiently.
  • Performance Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with case managers to support the smooth processing of customer applications.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer experience by suggesting and implementing new ideas and processes.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: CeMAP qualification with proven experience in providing Mortgage advice.
  • Goal-Oriented: A strong focus on meeting targets and achieving positive customer outcomes.
  • Customer Commitment: A dedication to delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering long-term customer loyalty.
  • Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of mortgage products, industry regulations, and procedures.
  • Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple cases effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Attention to Detail: Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
