With upwards of 5 years PQE and having worked in a similar city or large regional background you will be motivated by handling transactions of higher value and all the various challenge that go along with those types of deals.
What the firm are looking for is someone able to handle those complex queries, relating to land for example, with empathy and communication skills.
You will be at senior associate level, ready to immerse yourself in the culture of the firm and take on the mantle of becoming a "go-to" person for the team gaining repeat business and recommendations and through business development.
