The role:
Possible start date: 16.12.2024
Monday to Friday 8:15am to 5.00pm
Total working hours: 37
What you will do in your working day:
- Troubleshooting general PC hardware and application issues
- Maintain server backups and network security
- Purchasing IT equipment
- Maintenance and support of the business system
- Maintain internet and email security
- Record and document procedures
- Involvement with cloud technology such as Office 365 and SharePoint
The training you will receive:
- Information Communication Technician Level 3 qualification
- All training is undertaken online, through a combination of self-paced eLearning and live online classes
