Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

Reed HR are delighted to working with a growing business based in Omagh to recruit a standalone HR Manager to join the team. If you have strong generalist experience this could the role for you. If you have experience in manufacturing or construction this would be an advantage but not essential.

About The Role:

  • Advise and guide Managers through employee relations challenges, including performance evaluations, grievance procedures, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure consistent adherence to HR Policies & Procedures, and conduct HR Audits.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Continuously update HR Policies and Procedures as required.

About You:

  • Minimum of 3 years HR experience in a generalist role
  • Holds (or working towards) a relevant 3rd level HR qualification and CIPD membership.
  • Strong knowledge of the legal framework governing employment within the UK and Ireland.
  • Skilled in influencing, negotiating, and has strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Demonstrable multitasking ability and adeptness at managing a demanding workload.
  • High standards of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
