My client, a leading agency is now looking for a Business Development Manager to join their expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, with a deep understanding of digital marketing solutions. As a BDM, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Sales and Revenue Growth:

  • Identify and target potential clients in need of digital marketing solutions.

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.

  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.

  • Understand clients' business needs and marketing objectives to offer tailored solutions.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Market Analysis and Strategy:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.

  • Analyze competitors and develop strategies to position our services effectively.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns.

Proposal and Contract Management:

  • Prepare and present compelling proposals and sales contracts.

  • Negotiate contract terms and close sales agreements to maximize profits.

  • Ensure all sales activities and transactions are accurately recorded in the CRM system.

Collaboration and Reporting:

  • Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role in the digital marketing industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing solutions, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and web design.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
