Customer Service Assistant

£30,000 + Pension
This is an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Assistant to join a very successful, local organisation where you will be really appreciated and valued and have the opportunity to progress.
Some of your duties will include:
- Providing administrative and customer service support in a busy professional Sales Department
- Dealing with customer enquiries via telephone and email and providing information on products provided
- Producing quotations for clients and following these up via telephone and email to obtain sales orders
- Inputting customers' orders on computer system and allocating stock to meet order requirements
- Processing orders from instigation point through to successful delivery to customers
- Maintaining accurate customer records and recording details of all account activity
