A well-known and profitable Lloyd's Syndicate are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Underwriting Support Team Leader to supervise a team of Underwriting Assistants, and manage offshore relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor a centralised team of UA's, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and improvement of underwriting processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of underwriting data, maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of all records.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the underwriting support team.
