An established, friendly maintenance company are currently looking for an Administrator. The Administrator role involves assisting with the organisation of Engineers, liaising with customers, organising and logging routine inspections and emergency call-outs alongside all general office administrative functions.

Administrator responsibilities:
- Taking inbound calls from customers and logging these using the in-house database
- Arranging and co-ordinating call-outs for Engineers, ensuring maximum efficiency in terms of time and distance
- Raising required paperwork on behalf of the Engineers
- Liaising with customers to ensure that works are completed on time and to a satisfactory level
- Raising purchase orders with third party vendors
- Regularly updating the status of inspections/call-outs
- Compiling weekly and monthly reports for management and monitoring the service report
- Completing quotations for repair works and invoicing
- Sourcing equipment from suppliers
- Dealing with website enquires as required
- Following up outstanding overdue payments
- Carrying out all general office administration duties including monitoring the in-house email inbox, scanning and document control
Administrator required skills/competencies:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel and Word
- Team player with the ability to work on their own initiative
