Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Location: London (Remote working)
Hourly Rate: £14 - £14.42
Contract Length: 5 months.
Contract Details: Temporary, Full Time
Responsibilities:
- Onboard new customers and handle customer data changes, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Set up customer subscriptions and handle any changes in subscriptions promptly and efficiently.
- Issue invoices, e-invoices, and credit notes accurately and in a timely manner.
- Process fee increases following established procedures.
- Handle invoice-related queries from customers, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues effectively.
- Review draught customer contracts/orders to set up subscriptions accurately.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth administration and support.
Skills:
- Previous experience in customer onboarding, handling customer data changes, and setting up customer subscriptions.
- Familiarity with invoicing processes would be beneficial.
- Experience with Oracle Netsuite is advantageous, but not essential.
- Strong administrative skills with great attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills, preferably with previous experience in a customer service role.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines.
