Marketing Manager

C&C Search is currently recruiting a Marketing Manager to join a luxury event and media company.

A mix of B2B and B2C, dealing with luxury brands and UHNWI.

Salary: £50,000-£60,000

Hybrid: 3 days in Clapham, half day on Fridays

Benefits: pension, bonus, travel, 20 days holiday plus Christmas to New year, plus bank holidays, progression

This is one of our favourite clients. They are a media and insight brand running an event calendar of 6 large events globally. Their industry is interesting, growing and attract fantastic opportunity if you are interested in luxury goods.

Duties:

  • Planning and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns including the development of clear objectives
  • Manage and optimise membership strategy, articles, reports etc.
  • Run campaigns to increase attendance, membership etc and setting core goals/objectives in order to plan strategies
  • The creation and execution of sector/subject-specific content
  • Work with the marketing team and designers on the creation of assets
  • Analysis of campaigns, identification of new business opportunities.
  • Ensure website is up to date with case studies, endorsements and success stories.
  • Research and develop industry and external partnership opportunities.
  • Event marketing and social media management for in-house and partner events calendar
  • Social media strategy such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and LinkedIn.
  • Responsible for building and pitching proposals
  • Stakeholder management
  • Responsible for managing and nurturing two direct reports in the marketing team

Skillset and Experience:

  • 2-3 years of Marketing Manager experience, line managing a small team experience
  • Proven track record in multi-channel marketing campaign development
  • Efficient problem-solving skills with a delivery-focused attitude
  • Excellent stakeholder relationship management
  • Strong organisation and project management abilities
  • Demonstrable experience running social media and influencer marketing campaigns
  • Creative with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills
  • Proficient in CRM systems and emailing platforms
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Desired: Website creation skills and proficiency with Photoshop and InDesign
  • Interest in luxury and working with UHNW
