Job Purpose
- Manage a varied portfolio of clients, overseeing workflow, deadlines, and budgets
- Plan and undertake assignments, striving to deliver service excellence
- Track progress, including WIP and billing targets
- Lead a team of accountants, reviewing work, providing constructive mentorship, and motivating those around you
- Own responsibility of KPIs, including monthly billing forecasts and ensuring fee recovery rates are met
- Closely monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with all financial regulations
- Contribute to the firm's growth by retaining existing clients and building relationships with prospective clients
- Build trusted and long-lasting client relationships, proactively handing queries
- Review processes and implement more efficient ways of service delivery
- Set an example to junior staff as a hands-on senior manager

The Successful Candidate
- ACA or ACCA qualified with impressive experience managing a client portfolio within practice
- Previous experience leading a team, including reviewing work and providing mentorship
- A sound commercial understanding, including forecasting and monitoring fee recovery
- A can-do attitude to problem-solving
- Excellent reporting skills
- Organised and able to oversee a team's workload effectively
- Good communication and advisory skills
