Lead a dynamic IT/ERP team, managing day-to-day tasks, work levelling, and planning. Collaborate with the ERP Strategic Manager to develop and execute strategic plans.

- **Skill Enhancement:**

Engage in diverse tasks from troubleshooting technical issues to negotiating contracts for telecoms, mobiles, and maintenance. Your technical and managerial skills will be continuously honed.

- **Impactful Work:**

Provide IT support and assistance to two sites, ensuring seamless operations and contributing directly to the organisation's success.
- **Autonomy and Responsibility:** Enjoy a high degree of autonomy, managing performance and development plans for your team, and making critical decisions on hardware purchases and configurations.

  • *Role Responsibilities:**

- Log and prioritise all incoming work on Jira, ensuring efficient workflow management.
- Monitor and maintain servers, virtual machines, and network equipment to guarantee optimal performance.
- Purchase and configure new hardware for users, liaising with suppliers and vendors to source the best options.
- Assist with IT projects, implementations, and upgrades, bringing your hands-on approach to technical support.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, resolving them promptly to minimise downtime.
- Create and update process documentation, ensuring clarity and consistency.
- Negotiate contracts for telecoms, mobiles, and maintenance, securing the best deals for the organisation.

  • *Candidate Profile:**

- Possess a Microsoft Server or Desktop Certification, showcasing your technical proficiency.
- Demonstrate an analytical and logical approach to problem-solving, with the ability to seek out solutions independently.
- Established experience in an IT admin/support role, with a hands-on approach to technical support and project implementation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with high energy levels and self-motivation.
- Proven ability to manage a small team, with good influencing skills at all levels and a drive for executing goals.
