WILLS & PROBATE ASSISTANT

SALARY AS PER EXPERIENCE
Our client is a progressive and expanding Law firm in Southampton, who are seeking a Legal Assistant to join their Wills & Probate Department.
The role will involve:
- You will be responsible for audio typing, word processing and assisting with file management
- You will manage the work diary, answer phones and confirm appointments for clients and staff
- You will file and store confidential documents, retrieving client`s papers and files
- Adhere to the firm`s strict confidential policies regarding paperwork
- Additional administrative tasks when required
Skills Required:
- Strong administrative skills including fast and accurate tying ability
- Exceptional customer and client service skills
- Ability to manage a busy workload
- Previous experience of working in the solicitors practice and familiar with and having a good understanding of administrative tasks and typing would be an advantage.
