As the Office Administrator, you will perform a range of admin duties to support the office manager and teams. This will include restocking the office, on-boarding / off boarding employees and PA support during meetings. The role is an immediate start position for 3 months, this could be extended or made permanent.

This utilities business have a modern, central London location and a friendly, corporate working environment. You will get exposure to the senior leadership team and the running of a 40-50 person office space.
Description
As the Office Administrator, you will:
- help restock the office
- provide finance admin support, with expenses and invoices
- HR admin support - complete on-boarding forms, help with inductions and off boarding of employees
- Take meeting notes
- Coordinate meetings and events
- Book travel
Profile
To be successful in applying to this role of Office Administrator, you should have:
- HR admin experience
- Great eye for detail
- Good use of Microsoft office packages
- Excellent communication skills
- Supported an office with PA / Admin duties previously
