Our client is a Manchester based Property company who are professional, innovative and challenging. They are seeking an Assistant Property Manager with at least 12 months experience to join their team to help manage their mixed tenure portfolio.
Role:
The role will involve coordinating daily with the senior team to carry out management duties in an effective, high quality manner and undertake tasks in regards to management services for the portfolio. They will provide expertise and specialist advice on all aspects of managing consistent and co-ordinated approach across the portfolio.
In addition, the position will be more hands on with new projects being undertaken by the company and be a driving force in moving them forward.
- Undertake site visits
- Manage your own properties
- Manage both AST and communal areas
- Gas certificates
- Section 21's
- Repairs and Maintenance
Requirements
- Minimum of 12 Months Property Management experience
- Full clean Driving License
- 12 Months customer service (Preferred)
