Delivery Consultant (Data Centres & GPUaaS)

Job Summary: WNTD is looking for a Delivery Consultant to join our team in Bromley, Kent, focusing on delivering top-tier talent solutions in the data centre and GPU as a Service (GPUaaS) sectors. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, vetting, and delivering highly skilled IT professionals to our clients, ensuring successful project outcomes and meeting the specific technical demands of data centre and GPUaaS environments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Candidate Sourcing & Delivery:
- Source candidates using job boards, professional networks, and WNTD's internal database to identify individuals with expertise in data centres, cloud infrastructure, and GPUaaS.
- Work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements and project needs, delivering highly qualified candidates on time and within scope.
- Present and deliver candidate profiles to clients for data centre and GPUaaS roles, ensuring the right skill match for each assignment.
2. Candidate Screening & Onboarding:
- Conduct thorough screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience in data centres, and knowledge of cloud and GPU processing technologies.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring all compliance and technical requirements are met before candidates are placed on projects.
3. Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships to understand ongoing and future talent needs.
- Regularly engage with clients to gather feedback, refine sourcing strategies, and ensure satisfaction with the talent provided.
4. Market Research & Strategy:
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in data centres and GPUaaS, providing insights to clients and internal teams to ensure we remain at the forefront of recruitment in these areas.
- Share market insights with clients to help them adapt to the evolving tech landscape and refine their hiring strategies.
5. Database Management:
- Maintain an organised and up-to-date candidate database, tagging profiles based on specialisations like data centre operations, cloud computing, and GPU technologies.
- Ensure quick and efficient retrieval of relevant profiles when responding to client requests.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years' experience in IT recruitment or delivery, ideally with a focus on data centres or cloud infrastructure.
- Knowledge of data centre technologies, GPUaaS, and cloud services (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage client relationships.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organisational skills, able to handle multiple client requests and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a results-driven mindset.
