The Opportunity:

This fast-growing tech company offer a solution recognised as a leading ecommerce platform.

Their account base continues to grow and so they need Client Success Managers to maintain this ever-growing book of business. You'll be allocated around 80 clients ranging from small to large accounts and support them for their lifetime from onboarding though to retention!

The role will see you visit clients on-site on a regular basis ensuring they are getting true value from the relationship and are driving towards their goals and objectives. Knowing their goals, you will be focussed on optimising their platform usage through upsell and cross sell. Account growth is a critical target here!

You'll be supported by a high-energy, high-performing team and an incredibly supporting leader who will ensure you not only deliver against targets but exceed them!

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Prior experience in a B2B Client success, account management, sales or business development role.
  • A track record of successfully delivering against commercial targets.
  • Prior experience within the SaaS space, ideally within Marketing, Advertising or Ecommerce Technologies
  • Experience of working within a fast-paced, scaling SaaS business.
  • Happy to travel to client sites on a regular basis.
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
  • A strong confident revenue closer. But no ego!
  • A team player! Support the team, learn from the team, be part of the team!

The Package:

  • A base salary up to £35k with a £50k OTE.
