Key Accountabilities Include:
- Supporting the UK Sales Team by provi8ding detailed, Excel quotations - soon to be moving over to MS Dynamics
- Liaising with partners/supplies globally to source the products required for the client.
- Producing PowerPoint presentations
- Generate and reviewing sale history reports and produce any other requested reports
- Setting up new accounts and client profiles.
- Manage office supplies/consumables/petty cash/expenses.
- Maintain the premises and equipment, and any administrative duties related to facilities
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a dynamic sales administration/support role
- Excellent organisation skills
- A keen interest in the beauty industry.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong character/resilient
- Independent worker
- A self-starter who can come in and help "sort out the office"
- MS Dynamics experience advantageous
