Job Title: Temporary Accounts Payable Assistant
Hours: 37.5 hrs per week Mon - Friday
Location: Tameside
PayRate: £11.79per hour (Weekly Pay) Based on £23,000p/a
Temp opportunity - 4 - 6 week assignment
Duties include: * Check emails on a daily basis and post invoices/statements * Receive, review and send invoices for authorisation * Batching and posting purchase invoices and process for payment * Allocate payments to the correct invoice, e.g. dd or advance payment * Run a weekly report for supplier's payment. * Enter, review and process expense claims.
