HR Consultant - Hybrid Working - Inside IR35
Our client, a leading global Insurance company, are currently looking to hire an experienced HR Consultant to join the team on a hybrid working contract basis.
Responsibilities:
- Help establish good foundations for an in house shared service centre
- Creating a view & strategy to implement in house shared services
- Initiate and lead human resource programs and projects
- Conduct research through various methods (data collection, surveys etc.) to identify a problematic situation or find the cause
- Provide advice and recommendations to HR personnel for resolution of daily issues
- Formulate strategic and practical plans to address human resource matters
- Devise plans and techniques to drive change and culture management
Requirements and skills:
- Proven experience as a HR Consultant for large global organisations
- Workday experience would be beneficial
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods and best practices
- Ability to strategise and formulate business plans
- An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and consulting skills
