Due to continued growth my client is looking for a new member to join their E-commerce Team to assist with the level and shipping of stock.
The hours of work are between 8am/9am - 4:30pm/5:30pm - the ability to complete either is needed to ensure the department is covered at all times.
The role is 100% office based.

For the day to day of the role will need to:
- have excellent IT skills - Outlook, Excel, Word.
- have experience in dealing with e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon is a huge advantage
- be good at working with other departments -be an absolute team player
- be able to prioritise.
- willing to take on roles that may not sit in your remit
The main part of your role will be:
- Prepare & process shipments for multiple countries.
- Prepare commercial invoices and any paperwork required, ready for dispatching goods abroad.
- Monitor stock & sales - liaising with the sales team
- Work with the warehouse team to pack/prepare shipments in busy periods
- Review stock and shipment issues.
