Digital Communications Executive

I am looking for a Digital Communications professional who has a love for writing for a fantastic Kent based charity. Working within the wider marketing and communications department you will be responsible for creating high-quality content, developing and optimising the website, managing social media channels, and enhancing email marketing strategies. This role is ideal for a creative communicator who is passionate about using digital platforms to make a meaningful impact. This role is based in their gorgeous modern offices in Medway - full time - 3 days a week in the office.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that effectively reach and engage our target audiences.
  • Produce clear and compelling content for various digital platforms, ensuring it is tailored to different audience needs.
  • Use analytics tools to monitor digital content performance, report on insights, and inform future digital strategies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to leverage digital channels for awareness campaigns, tenancy support information, and local event promotion.
  • Manage website content through content management systems and construct web pages that enhance user experience.
  • Stay abreast of digital trends and continuously seek opportunities for learning and development in the digital communications field.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a track record of creating campaigns that engage and motivate audiences.
  • Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to distil complex information into clear, audience-specific messages.
  • Proficiency in using digital analytics to track performance and guide content optimisation.
  • Strong knowledge of website content management systems and experience in web page building.
  • A proactive, enthusiastic, and creative approach to digital communication.
