We are seeking a Project Manager to play a pivotal role in the effective implementation and deployment of good and services to our clients. Reporting to the Senior Product Consultant, you will establish best practices for standard customers and oversee tailored projects and Enterprise onboarding. Your expertise will ensure smooth client deployments, aligning with industry best practices and upholding the high standards of our product.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing of bespoke projects
  • Define project scope, allocate resources, set realistic timelines, and manage risks
  • Ensure projects are completed within budget and scope creep is minimised
  • Maintain high-quality communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer excellence
  • Update stakeholders on project progress and deliverable status
  • Complete project and customer documentation promptly and to a high standard
  • Implement comprehensive onboarding and change management processes for large-scale projects
  • Collaborate with customer success, product development, and support teams for a smooth transition to BAU operations
  • Work with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities:

Bespoke Project Management:

  • Be the lead role in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing bespoke projects for our customers
  • Define the project's scope and determine available resources, set realistic time estimates and highlight and manage risks to achieve success
  • Measure and ensure projects are undertaken with budget and minimise scope creep where possible
  • Ensure high quality and effective communication, both internally and externally, to ensure high levels of customer excellence

Defining and Implementing Business Standards:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including customer success, product, and operations to define and implement best practices for Enterprise and site configurations, fostering continuous improvements and an exceptional customer experience
  • Establish and implement standardisation, aligning with digital initiatives to enhance centralised control and customer benefits
  • Working with the Operations Team to outline standard project onboarding requirements and consistently reviewing and enhancing them in response to product updates and advancements
  • Maintaining version control and rigorous approval procedures for all customer instances

Experience:

  • Microsoft Tools Inc. Excel
  • Construction industry project management experience
  • Project Status and Completion Percentage
  • Support SLA Adherence
  • Product Utilisation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Project Management Qualification (PMP, APM, or similar)
  • Data-driven decision-making abilities
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills, capable of managing multiple projects
  • Proactive problem-solving approach
  • Ability to guide junior team members and work autonomously
