General Sales Manager - Main Dealer | Epsom Area
OTE £95k | Basic £45k-£50k | Company Car + Parking

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new and used car sales targets, consistently delivering or exceeding sales KPIs
- Manage, coach, and develop a high-achieving sales team, fostering a results-driven culture
- Oversee all dealership operational standards, including compliance with motor trade regulations and brand guidelines
- Maintain exceptional customer service levels to maximise customer retention and dealership reputation
- Collaborate closely with senior management to optimise profitability, stock management, and marketing initiatives
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a General Sales Manager or Sales Manager within a main dealer environment (Vauxhall, Ford, Volkswagen, Toyota, BMW, Mercedes, Audi, or similar preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on management style and the ability to motivate and inspire sales teams
- Solid knowledge of the motor trade, vehicle sales lifecycle, finance & insurance products (F&I), and compliance standards
- A passion for delivering a superior customer experience and driving business growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
