Forward Role are working with a well-known retailer to recruit a CRM Executive
This business is repeatedly in the top 10 Best Big Companies To Work For and are industry leaders in their sustainability strategy and charity work.
Working alongside a medium sized CRM team and large marketing team, you will assist with the planning, scheduling, creation and delivery of direct customer communications through Email, Push Notifications and SMS.
Responsibilities:
- Ownership of end-to-end email activities such as email campaign development, testing, scheduling, deployment and analysing of one-off manual, regular, automated and dynamic email campaigns.
- Assist the CRM strategy by constantly developing and advancing CRM communications to increase loyalty and lifetime value of customers and drive multi-channel transactions.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team, trade and design, to develop campaigns, attain creative assets, drive engaging content, share learning and report on performance
What you will need:
- Proven experience in a CRM Marketing role and knowledge of CRM best practices
- Experience of building and deploying campaigns and AB testing
- Experience using a CRM Marketing Platform
- Work well in a fast-paced, agile, environment and responsive to last minute changes and working under pressure
- Excellent attention to details and strong verbal and written skills
