Job Title: Trainee Field Service Engineer
Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 per annum
Location: West London
Working Arrangement: Monday to Friday (9am - 5pm)
Recardo Group are currently representing a market leading global organisation in the hire of a Trainee Field Service Engineer. The ideal candidate will be looking to start their career in a hands on role. The successful candidate will have a clear progression plan for the next 3 years.
This role suits a candidate who has recently finished a Trade Skills Apprenticeship.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Installation, servicing and repair of products in line with customer needs.
- Manage workload to meet a defined daily schedule.
- Manage stock and inventory to ensure availability of units and parts to complete assigned tasks.
- Ensure technical knowledge is kept up to date and all mandatory health and safety training is completed and recorded appropriately.
- Represent our company as a brand ambassador.
The successful candidate will:
- Have a desire to start a career as a Field Service Engineer.
- Be comfortable using hand tools and practically minded.
- Possess excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Have a full clean driving license.
- Comfortable to have a DBS check upon commencement of role.
