Our client, a reputable organisation in the industry, is seeking an Office Coordinator/Receptionist to join their team on a Fixed Term Contract for 6 months initially. As an Office Coordinator / Receptionist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's office. Your main responsibilities will include coordinating administrative tasks, managing appointments, and providing exceptional customer service.

?? Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks to support smooth office operations.
  • Manage appointments and ensure efficient scheduling.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
  • Maintain professional communication, both written and verbal.
  • Utilise MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Sage to assist with data management and organisational tasks.
  • Demonstrate excellent numeric and literacy skills.
  • Present a compassionate and professional image at all times.
  • Prioritise tasks effectively and stay well-organised.
  • Be a reliable and punctual team player.
