As an Office Coordinator / Receptionist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's office. Your main responsibilities will include coordinating administrative tasks, managing appointments, and providing exceptional customer service.
?? Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks to support smooth office operations.
- Manage appointments and ensure efficient scheduling.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
- Maintain professional communication, both written and verbal.
- Utilise MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Sage to assist with data management and organisational tasks.
- Demonstrate excellent numeric and literacy skills.
- Present a compassionate and professional image at all times.
- Prioritise tasks effectively and stay well-organised.
- Be a reliable and punctual team player.
