We are pleased to be partnering with our client in the IT, Tech, and Digital sector, who is seeking a dedicated People Advisor to join their innovative People & Culture team in Darlington.

Role Overview: As a People Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional HR services, including talent acquisition, employee performance and development, employee relations, data management, and process/policy improvement. You will support the vision of achieving outstanding results across all HR functions, ensuring a first-class employee journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Development: Support the organisational talent plan, from resource planning and recruitment to succession planning and onboarding.
  • Employee Experience & Wellbeing: Deliver initiatives to enhance employee engagement and wellbeing.
  • Performance Management: Foster a high-performance, people-first culture by coaching line managers on HR policies and procedures.
  • Employee Relations & Case Management: Manage complex employee relations cases and provide guidance on conflict resolution.
  • Policy Development & Compliance: Assist in reviewing and introducing new policies to ensure compliance and clarity.

Experience & Qualifications

  • CIPD Level 3 qualified (or working towards).
  • At least 2 years of HR experience.
  • Knowledge of ER procedures and employment law.
